NO RENEWAL OF SOUTH AFRICAN SUBSIDY CAPE TOWN, Feb. 15. The Minister of Commerce, Mr. A. P. J. Fourie, announced that the Government is not renewing the annual subsidy of £150,000 to Italian shipping lines.
