Dahlia Show
SATURDAY NEXT. Citizens are requested to note that the annual Dahlia Show will be held in the Empire Hall on Saturday next. The committee desire your hearty cooperation in making the show a success. In addition to the dahlia sections, there are classes for other seasonal flowers—asters, zinnias, gladiolus, phlox, etc. Three new classes—for tuberous begonias—should attract attention. The vegetable section always attracts many entries. Keen comeptition is expected in the domestic and decorative sections as new exhibitors are coming forward. Members of ladies’ gardening circles should note the special section included for them. Tho secretary will be at the Empire Hall on Friday evening from 7 p.m. to receive entries s
