The chairman of the Hawke's Bay Education Board reported on changes of staff in the schools in tho district at the meeting of the board to-day as follow: Appointments made.—Miss E. li. Jackson, Mauutuke; Mr. \V. M. Collinge, Park vale; Miss T. M. Husey, Te Awa; Mr. T. G. McCullough, Tolaga Bay; Mr. W. S. Bilbrough, Wairoa. Mr. D. A.
