NEW ZEALAND REPRESENTATIVE Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The appointment of Mr. F. S. Arthur, of Dunedin, as New Zealand representative on the International Wool Publicity and Research {Secretariat in London was announced by the chairman of the New Zealand Wool Publicity Committee, Mr. U. M. Christie, M.P., at the conclusion this evening of a meeting of the committee at Parliament House. The committee met specially to deal with the applications for the position and to interview the candidates selected for final consideration. Mr. Arthur, who is to take up his new duties as soon as possible, is manager of the wool, skins and produce export department of Dalgety and Co., Ltd., at Dunedin. He is 30 years of age.
