Knocked Down by Lorry
FOG OBSCURES THE ROAD From Our Own Correspondent. NAPIER, May 25. Slight shock and minor bruises were suffered by a Napier resident, Mrs. Charlotte Houlton, of 174 McGrath when she was struck by a lorry at East Clive at 9.50 p.m. on Sunday. Fog obscured a great portion of the road at the time. The driver of the lorry was Mr. Roy Mcllroy, of Clive. At the time of the accident Mrs. lioulton was walking at the side of the road. She was taken in the lorry to the bus stop and from there went home.
