His Fourth Broadcast
MR. TOM L. MILLS ON A KIPLING EPISODE The Director of Broadcasting, Professor James Shelley, has just advised Mr. Tom L. Mills, of Feilding, that his recorded short talk on “YVhen Rudyard Kipling Came to New Zealand” will be broadcast from 3YA (Christchurch) on Monday, May 17, at 9.5 p.m. Mr. Mills recently recorded a lengthy talk on Thomas Bracken for the national broadcasting service and did 20-minute talks in the ”Famous Men I Knew” series on Premier Seddon and Sir George Grey from 2YA. The Bracken talk has already gone over from Dunedin and Wellington stations.
