Pupil of Miss Mona Dean Gains Distinction

CAMPBELL DAVIE AWARDED AN EXHIBITION. Among the candidates singled out for special distinction in tho recent examination of the Associated Board of the Royal Schools of Music, London, was Campbell Davie, of Levin, pupil of Miss Mona Dean, L.R.A.M., Palmerston North, who has been awarded an exhibition as showing exceptional musical promise. Only two were awarded for New Zealand for candidates under 18 years.

Mr. and Mrs. Emil Wischnowsky, Fitzherbert West, who have been motoring in the north, were the guests of Mrs. Tom Hirst, Halston road, Auckland, over the Easter holidays. They will return via Rotorua and Taupo.
