The finals of the club championships were played recently, the results being as follows: Men's championship singles: J. P. Lennon beat D. W. Creed, 6 —4, 6—2. Ladies' championship singles: Miss U. Hickey beat Aliss M. Diederich, 6 —l, 6 —3. Men's championship doubles: L. A. Smith and J. P. Lennon beat J. Cowan and L. Warn, 6—5, 5 —6, 6 —4. Ladies' championship doubles:: Misses N. Hickel and B. Muir beat Misses M. O’Brien and C. Bearsley, 6 — 2, 6 — l. Combined championship doubles: D. W. Creed and Miss B. Muir beat L. A. Smith and Miss N. Hickey, 6—4, 6—5. B Grade. Ladies' championship singles: Aliss Al. Spelman beat Miss A. Millar, 6 —l, 6—l. Men’s championship singles: M.. Feeney beat T. Warn, 6—o, 6 —l.
