Popular Member Of Staff Farewelled
FUNCTION AT EKETAHUNA. In recognition of her ten years’ service the staff of Messrs. A. H. Herbert and Co., Eketahuna, gathered at Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Herbert’s residence on New Year's Eve to wish farewell Miss Sibbald, who is shortly to be married. She was presented with a drawingroom clock by Mr. and Mrs. Herbert, and with a set of silver-mounted Pyrex dishes by the staff. Very best wishes were expressed for her future. Miss Sibbald left on Saturday and flew by ’plane to Nelson.
