The Daily Telegraph’s Berlin correspondent says: “The Flying Dutchman heading at a hundred miles per hour towards his new nationality,” is how the National Zeitung describes Prince von Lippe-Biesterfeld in denouncing hi* refusal to protest against the “insults to Germany.”

Prince von Lippo-Biesterfeld stated: “I am no longer a German prince but a Dutch subject. Accordingly I beg that only the Dutch Anthem be played in ray honour and only the Dutch flag flown.” The Prince previously sent a letter to Herr Hitler pointing out that he had investigated the complaint which was either untrue or maliciously exaggerated. “I would be the first to act in the event of an insult to Germany but none has occurred,” he said
