Some Salad Notions
Fry lib. sausages and cut in slices when cold. Boil lib. new potatoes, hard boil 2 eggs, cut all into slices. Then prepare and cut up lib. tomatoes, 1 lettuce, half a cucumber. Put all in a salad bowl in alternate layers, adding salt to taste. Just before serving pour salad dressing over. Apple and cucumber salad: Slice 1 cucumber, and an equal quantity of apple. Season both with salt and pepper, and sprinkle with lemon juice, place in a salad bowl and stir in ajiittlo whipped cream and serve.
