Mrs W. H. Price, who has just returned to New Zealand by the Strathnaver after spending a holiday in England, is at present on a visit to her son, Mr J. B. Price, of Danncvirke.
Mrs J. W. Ellingham, of "Bywell," Whetukura, who has been away for some months, has returned to her home.
Mr A. T. 0. Olsen, of Awariki, is a visitor to Wellington.
The-- following candidates were successful in the recent examination conducted by the Red Cross Society for home, nursing Dobson and Salvigny, Misses I. Lawson, R. Wilkins, M. Palmer," D. Nicholls, M. McKenzie and M. Pedler.
