MILADY SEATED IN THE NEWEST OF NEW FROCKS.—When this pleated black lacquered satin skirt is viewed spread out it is difficult to realise that in its normal position it assumes the new tubular shape designed to be worn with a flared tunic. The tunic of this ensemble is of black lacquered satin ducoed with a floral design in pale yellow.
