Discipline for Lieutenant Dewar

COMMENT ON MINISTER’S CONDUCT Per Press Association. Received Tuesday, Midnight SYDNEY, Dec. 8. Statements by Lieutenant Dewar on the Freer case in which references were mado to the Minister of the Interior, Mr. Paterson, will be considered by the Commonwealth Military Board. Particular objection is taken to Lieut. Dewar’s comment: “Mr. Paterson has no right to ban Mrs. Freer. It is most unfair and unsportsmanlike. He is a very unjust man for refusing to let the case be heard by a tribunal."
