PRESENTATION OF SUNDAY SCHOOL PRIZES. Children of St. John’s Anglican Church Sunday School met on Sunday afternoon in the Parish Hall, Fcilding, for the annual presentation of prizes by tlie Ven. Archdeacon F. H. Petrie.. In the course of his remarks the Archdeacon said the school was to be congratulated upon-the successes of the children. A-total of fifty children had sat for ,the iexaminations and of these 30 per cent, had passed while over 53 per cent, had secured first class passes. He spoke words of encouragement to tho children and urged them to pursue their studies. The awards were presented, as follows: — ...
