London Market
The Bank of ' Australasia has received the following cable, dated London December 2, 1930, from its London office: “Frozen lambs, small stocks . meeting with fair demand for the time of the year and prices steady. Australian lambs, however show downward tendency owing to larger supplies due shortly. Frozen mutton, limited supplies wethers and prices firm, ewes a little more plentiful, market steady in fair demand. Frozen beef, available supplies light, market firm with upward tendency.”
