Per Press Association. NELSON, Last Night. Hon. P. Fraser inspected the schools of the district to-day. Hon. R. Semple arrives to-day to turn the first sod in connection with the Hume Cobb River Electric Power Company’s standby plant at Stoke to-mor-row afternoon.
