Awatea Docked
Per X-’ress Association. WELLINGTON, Sept. 5. The biggest lift undertaken by the Jubilee Floating Dock was carried out this morning when the Union Coy’s new trans-Tasman liner Awatea, was duelled for painting and fitting preparatory to entering the Sydney-Wellington-Auckland service. The vessel will remain in dock for three or four days, ller docking, tonnage was 12,550 tons compared with her registered tonnage of 13,482.
