Mr. and Mrs. Nelson Ball, of Feilding, are spending a fortnight’s holiday in Wellington.
Mrs. Alex Williams, St. Lawrence; Otane, is arriving in I’eilding to-day to stay a while with her mother, Mrs. A. Sugdcn, of Grey street.
Mr. M. A. Conway and Miss Kuth Conway, “Glenorchy,” Cheltenham, havo returned homo after a delightful holiday of three months spent in Ceylon and Sydney.
Mr and Mrs C. N. I’abone, of Palmerston North, are at present enjoying a motor tour of the South Island. They aro accompanied by Miss Nit.a Pratt and expect to return home at the weekend.
Tho many friends of Mrs E. F. Hodge, of Kungiwahia, will bo pleased to loarn that she is progressing satisfactorily, aftor an operation for appendicitis in tho Palmerston North hospital last Friday.
After spending a few days in Wanganui us the guests of Mrs G. Ironside, Smithfield road, Mr and Mrs Arrow havo returned to Hopelands, Woodville. Miss Arrow, who accompanied thorn, is staying for a time as Mrs Ironside’s guest.
