JUDGMENT AGAINST DENTIST.
Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. Judgment was given in the Supreme Court by Judge Johnston granting an injunction sought by Francis Allan Cotton, dentist, and Edmund Wallace Cotter, advertising consultant, against H. W. Frost, dentist, and £SO damages. The Judge said it was sufficiently established by authority that there was a copyright in advertisements and the one in this case, in his opinion, contained sufficient originality to come within the provisions of the Act. Costs were allowed on the middlo scale, witnesses expenses and disbursements to bo fixed by tho Registrar,
