Pantry Evening

Miss Phyllis Mills was the guest of honour when, on Thursday night, Mrs E. E. Etz gave her, at her homo in Main street, a pantry night tea. Singing and games made the evening a very jolly one. Just before supper tho guest of honour, helped by her mother, opened the many useful parcels. Prom tho look of the array, the guest’s pantry will be a real grocers shop. Both Miss and Mrs Mills returned thanks for the goodwill expressed by their kind friends. During the evening two competitions were held, the first being a peanut game, this being won by Miss P. Mills, while the other t a flower game, was won by Mrs W. Bentley.

A delightful supper was handed round and it was nearly midnlgnt before the happy party broke-up.
