"Gangs” organised to seize new books which are being returned to the shelves are reported to be annoying subscribers of tho Sydenham Public Library, Christchurch. At the annual meeting of subscribers, complaints were made that new books were being shepherded by two groups of subscribers, so that others did not get a-, fair chance of obtaining the books.
