“Magnificent Obsession”
Has Extended Season FILM ATTRACTS MUCH PRAISEWORTHY COMMENT (Regent: Screening To-day.) An extended season for to-day and co-morrow is announced for the film, “Magnificent Obsession,” starring Irene Dunne and Robert 'i'aylor. The film has drawn more than the ordinary amount of praiseworthy comment from the many who have seen it, and it is apparent that the thought-stimulation compelled by the picture is largely responsible for its popularity.
Claudette Colbert, appearing in ‘ ‘ T ic Bride Conies Home,” believes that Hollywood’s major studios should sponsor the littlo theatre movement in order to find new talent.
