BRITISH SCHEME EXTENDED (British Official Wireless.) Received Sunday, 7 p.m. RUGBY, Feb. 21. I The Commons carried by 201 votes to 121 the second reading of the Government’s Bill extending temporarily the provisions of the Milk Act, 1934, which gave a subsidy in respect of milk sold or used for manufacture and also of the efforts to increase the demand for milk, including milk in schools.
