Dalgcty and Co. report having held their annual fair on February 19, ■when a good entry oil breeding ewes, lambs and wethers met with a keen sale at competitive prices, despite the inclement weather conditions. Bealisations were as follow: 4yr. ewes account Wall and Co., 2Ss 2d; account T. Gilbert, 28s; account L. E. Deacon, 26s 3d; 4 and Syr, account Mrs M. J. O’Connor and Son, 253 3d; Syr., account T. Gilbert, 25s 7d; account E. Gilbert, 25s Id; account L. E. Deacon, 24s Cd; lyr ewes, from 14s lOd to 225; 2-th. ewes made from 24s 6d to 33s 6d; good ewe lambs, account T. Gilbert, made 25s 6d; account J. V. Gresson, 23s 6d; others, 13s 9d to 19s; wether lambs, account G. Powell, 17s 6d; others to 15s lOd; 2-th. wethers account G. Powell, 22s Id and 20s 3d; forward wethers, 23s lOd.
