Ladies’ Guild
MONTHLY MEETING The mouthly meeting of the Presbyterian Ladies’ Social Guild was held in St. Paul’s schoolroom last week, there being a very good attendance. The president '(Mrs- K. L. Warren) presided. All arrangements were made for the garden party which is 10 be held in the beautiful grounds at Mr. W. It. Richardson’s residence. Arrangements are well in hand for the Sunday School picnic to be held shortly at Carnival Park. Apologies were received from .Mesdames East, Parley, Mangin and Winter. The secretary was asked .to write a letter of sympathy to Mrs. Wilson in her illness. After the president had pronounced.the Benediction, the hostess (Miss Hurren) handed round a dainty afternoon tea. A very interesting competition was won by Mrs. Carrad.
