LOCHELLA CUP WON BY TRIVET. OMAKAU, Jan. 11. The weather was very hot for tho second day of the Vincent Jockey Club’s annual meeting on Saturday. The attendance was large and the track was fast. Results:—

loading to within 100 yards of the post. Kuini finished fast to beat Dilfashion, who broke, with Captain Bolt a close third and Autumn Lu a head away fourth.

A protest against Captain Bolt’s driver for interference with Autumn Lu was not sustained. SUMMER HANDICAP, of £230; 4.42 class; 2 miles.

Parrish Belle led for a mile, where Bonny Azure took charge, while Gold Dredge, who broke early, was making up ground. Bonny Azure went on to win nicely from Gold Dredge, with Bonnie Direct third and Gumdigger next, a long way back. C. G. Lee, driver of Parrish BoUe, was severely cautiored and lined £5 for interference with Bonny Azure. PUKEBIMU HANDICAP, of £3O; 5.55 class; 1$ miles.

Proletarian trailed Silk Cord to the straight and then took charge to just win from Our McKinney, who was at a great price, with Rayon d’Or third and Winawav next.

Dilfashion led from end to end. Captain Bolt, who trailed him into the straight, looked like winning, but broke under pressure. Ho finished well into second place. Kuini was five lengths away. TE AROHA HANDICAP, of £115; 2.52 class; 1| miles.

Time, 2.45 3-5. 1 Blandford led into the straight well clear of Bonny Azure, but she buried him in the run home to win easily. Silver Watch was a poor third. Meadow King, after a bad start, got up to win by half a length from tho outsider, Hinewaa,. with Tollgate third.
