MOVE BY INDUSTRIALISTS. United Press Association—By Electrio Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Jan. 8. It is disclosed that the Grand Council of the Federation of British Industries invited affiliated trade associations to meet and consider how industries' can best supply the Government’s defence requirements at a reasonable cost. The council records tho desire of British industry fully to co-operate, and urges that they should be taken into the confidence of the Government with a view to tho most efficient utilisation of existing plants and their expansion where nocessary.
