Evidence that, companies in which tho J. : P. Morgan Company were interested sold tho Allies 363,000,000 dollars’ worth of goods before tho United States entered tho war was introduced to-day during tho Senate investigation of the causes of America’s ontry into tho war.

Altogether, . the Morgans purchased 3,000,000,000 dollars’ worth of supplies for tho Allies, in which they received a commission of 30,000,000 dollars.

It was also disclosed that the Morgans invited the British Government before America’s entry in tho war, to purchase an interest in an American arms factory, and that tho firm transmitted confidentially to tho British Exchequer advance information concerning the drafts of Notes which President Wilson wrote to the various belligerents,
