v \ ' L Prom Our Own Correspondent. Miss Vida Barron, M.A., lecturer in Modern Languages at Otago University, is spending a holiday with her brother, Mr D. It. Barron, of Robinson street, Foxton. Miss Barron will shortly go into residence as Warden of St. Margaret’s Residential College for Women Students, Dunedin. Miss Joan Barron, of Robinson street, is spending a holiday at Plimmerton, Mrs L. W. Richardson, of Futter street, is at present holidaying at Paraparaumu. Miss Meta Mason and her cousin, Miss Eunice Kear, of Wellington, are the guests of Mr and Mrs F. A. Mason, of Park street. Miss Amy Phillips, of Feildlng, is spending a holiday at the local seaside with Miss Corntoot, of Halcombe. Mr A. H. Nortliover, stationmaster at Palmerston North, intends spending his annual holiday at Foxton beach with his family. Miss Nola Huse has returned to Hamilton, after spending a holiday in Foxton. Mr James Newport who has been spending his holiday camping at the beach, has returned to Wellington. Miss Margaret Porter of Wellington, is at present staying with her mother, Avenue road, Foxton.
