FUNDS NEEDED FOR DEFENCE

LONDON, Jam 9.
The trial of Dr. Gortz (a German who was arrested in November and charged with spying in the interests of Germany) has been postponed until the Old Bailey sessions, which open on February 4. Dr. Gortz’s counsel pointed out the difficulty of getting money for the defence front Germany owing to official restrictions.
