Dominion Boxing Tournament

OFFICIALS APPOINTED. Per Press Association. ■WELLINGTON, Sept. 25. The New Zealand Boxing Council has appointed the following officials to act at the tournament: — Ecferces: A. E. Tall (Invercargill), J. Kilmertin (Dunedin), E. J. Sccats (Oamaru). Judges: W. E. Mouldey (Christchurch), R. W. Eugg (Auckland), T. Segar (Timaru), H. D. Johnson (Ashburton), E. Eulcher (Dunedin), and A. Fyffo (Invercargill).

Oxley Out of Action

Ted Oxley, of Pahiatua, ex-New Zealand lightweight boxing champion, was to have fought Johnny McKay at Gisborne last night, but was forced to cancel his engagement at the doctor's orders. Beforo his fight with Jack Jarvis at Masterton last week Oxley had a sore arm, but thought it might wear off during the fight.
