Changeable Weather Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The recent disturbance has passed away south-eastwards, but a slight westerly depression is now advancing on to southern New Zealand. An anticyclone covers eastern Australia and extends on to tho northern Tasman Sea.

Winds: Moderate but freshening westerly to south-westerly. Seas (New Zealand waters): Rather rough on parts of tho West Coast and between. Cook Strait and East Cape; otherwise moderate.

Eastern Tasman Sea: Moderate to fresh winds between west and southwest prevailing with moderate to rather rough seas. Weather: Changeable with scattered showers, but mainly in districts with n. westerly aspect and the far north and south.
