A BETTER BATTER PUDDING
Sift Jib. flour and pinch of salt. Mako into a smooth batter with 2 beaten eggs and 3-pint of milk. Add 1-oz melted butter, and a few drops of Steven’s “Cathedral Brand” Essence of Vanilla. After allowing to stand for ono hour, turn into greased bowl, cover with paper and steam 50 minutes.
