Two Men Blown Into Air by Gelignite
MIRACULOUS ESCAPE PROM DEATH United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Thursday, 10.30 p.m. TOOWOOMBA, July 25.
A huge charge of gelignite prematurely exploded on construction works on the Darling Downs main highway to-day. Two men were blown into the air and received severe injuries but it is not expected the injuries will prove fatal. Fellow workmen declare the pair had a miraculous escape from death.
