GREEN SEA ESTABLISHES RACE RECORD UNDER 13.12. SYDNEY, July 24. Sydney’s champion hurdler, Green Sea, established a race record when he carried 13.12 to victory in the Brush Hurdles in which he conceded each of his three opponents over Ist. Green Sea, who covered the mile and a-half in 2.43, received a wonderful ovation from the crowd. Dual Ratio comfortably won the Maiden Handicap for three and four-year-olds in which 25 started, including Yiking, who was unplaced.

Manama and Cavalcade were unplaced in the Flying Welter, while Limbolun, Coekpen and Samovar were unplaced in the Roschill Handicap. Linioux was fourth in the Carlingford Mile.
