JURY’S LONG RETIREMENT TIMAFiIT, July 24. Alter a retirement of three hours and L’J minutes the jury returned a, verdict of not guilty in the caso iu which James Colquhoun Kay wa s charged with negligently driving a car in Esk Valiev on November .10 last, therein' causing (he death of Thomas Watson Waite. The case was called on a previous session and the grand jury returned no bill.
