Renewal of Motor Drivers’ Licenses
FIGURES FOR FEILDING The crush to renew motor drivers’ licenses at the Fcilding Borough Council office at the end of last month suggested that just about every car owner had come forward to fulfill this statutory obligation, but from information obtained from the town clerk (Mr C. H. Tate) yesterday there are many defaulters. The total issued up till last evening was 510, and according to the number issued last year there would appear to be about 400 registered car owners who have not yet renewed their drivers’ licenses.
