INVESTIGATIONS STILL BEING CARRIED OUT.
REWARD 01' £(300 REMAINS OPEN . WELLINGTON, June 0. A report that the death of a man in the South Island a fen' weeks ago would probably mean the end of the police investigations into the Kiccarton murder, was referred to the Commissioner of Police, who said he had no such advice from Christchurch. There had been no fresh developments and the case was not being dropped bv the police. The Government offer of £(300 reward was still open.
