Eronr Our Own Correspondent. Bulls Miniature Rifle Club. On Wednesday night the club lired the weekly shoot and final competition for Mr. Sharp’s Trophy. The annual meeting of the Bulls subbranch of the Plunket Society was held on Monday, April 15. Mrs. Wilson occupied the chair. Before proceeding with the business Mrs. Wilson referred to the death of tho president, Mrs. Goodall, and in moving a vote of sympathy with Miss Goodall and Mr Bred Goodall, spoke of the hard work which Mrs. Goodall had done since tho formation of the sub-branch 15 years ago.

After the Nurse’s report hail been read, Mrs. Wilson spoke of tho great help which tho Nurse had been to the branch, and of the increase in the number of visits to the rooms during her regime. As Nurse Gerrie had now retired, sho wished her every success in tho future. Election of officers:—The following were elected: President, Mrs. Shaw; vice-presi-dents, Mesdames Wilson, Holland and Homes; delegates, Mesdames Wilson and Shaw; hon. secretary and treasurer; Mrs. Farrer; lion, auditor, Mr. Mackay: committee, Mesdames Churchill, Tarrant, Meads, Montgomery, du Fresno, Bundy, Kearney, Petersen, K. Vile, Amos, S. Young, J. Ellery and Signal. A vote of thanks was passed to the retiring secretary, Mrs Shaw, and the officers and committee during the past year.
