Manawatu Scottish Society Holds Old-time Dance
On Wednesday evening, in fhe Cosmopolitan hail, tlie Manawatu Scottish Society held another of its successful old-time dances. A selected programme was much enjoyed, the floor having been well prepared by the AI.C., Air H. Hughes. There were a number of visitors present, and appreciative comment was made of the way in which the function was handled. After supper music for an extra waltz was played by Air M. Creighton. The function terminated at midnight with the singing of “Auld Lang Sync.”
