DISTRICT OFFICIALS AMONG OFFICERS Per Press Association. AUCKLAND March 20. The annual meeting of the New Zealand Institute of Town Clerks was held this evening, M.P. Skoglund, of Stratford, the president, being in the chair. The attendance was 41. It was reported that the membership now totalled 30. Officers were elected as follow: President, Air. Philip Skoglund (Stratford), vcc-prasidcnts, South Island, Messrs J". F. Mcnzics (Summer), F. Hobbs (Lyttelton), F. H. Denton (Greymoutli), North Island, Messrs J. R. Hardio (Palmerston North), G. Murcli (Wanganui), 11. Wilson (Newmarket), all re-elected; executive, Messrs R. C. Mayor (Uupper Hutt), C. F. Bishop (Eastbourne), 11. Firth (Pctone), S. Knox (Lower Hutt), J. T. Bovis (Shannon), secretary, Mr H. P. Mon rant (Wellington), Auditor, Mr A. J. Gearing (Hutt River Board).
