(Times Cable.) Received Monday, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, Nov. IS. The Times, in a leader, commends New Zealand's forestry policy and extols Lord Blcdisloc’s activities in that connection It emphasises the necessity for increased education of the public regarding the possibilities of New Zealand timbers, and adds: “Britain's demand for timber is greater than ever and trade therein with New Zealand only awaits marketing skill in order to grow. ’ ’
