Guests Already Beginning to Arrive IRISH FREE STATE -WON’T BE REPRESENTED United Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. Received Monday, 7.10 p.m. LONDON, Nov. 18. Royal guests have already began to arrive for the Duke of Kent’s wedding. Princess Ireno of Greece, Princess Helen and Princess flcaua of Rumania, the QucOu Mother of Rumania and Prince Paul of Greece arrived by air from Paris to-day, while Princess Juliana of Holland- leaves Rotterdam to-morrow. • The Daily Express states that the Governor-General of the Irish Free State (Mi. Donald Buckley) has declined his Majesty's invitation to the Duke of Kent’s wedding. Mr. Buckley has never attempted any ley has never attended any function in his official capacity. To do so would be a breach of the understanding readied when he was appointed. It is slated authoritatively that no member of Mr. de Valera's Government will attend.
