Charges of Assault Against Mosley's Men
BLACK SHIRTS SENTENCED United- Press Association.—By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright. LONDON, Nov. 16. Wiliiamr "Mclntyre, George Clarke, end'Kenneth "Davis, of the Plymouth Black Shirts, were sentenced to six weeks’ hard labour on charges of assault during the Fascist meeting at Worthington on October 9. Four others were fined'£3 each aiid were ordered to pay costs’for ina’iicsous damage to a Press photographer’s camera after the photographer”-had disobeyed an order not to take’ photographs. Two were found not guilty.
