French in Air Race
OFFICIAL ENCOURAGEMENT (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, Sept. IS. The Air Minister announced that the Government was awarding £3300 to the French airman iinishing first in the speed section of the Centenary Air Race and £660 to the first Frenchman, in the handicap. The aeroplane must also be French.
