Competition of Subsidised Foreign Shipping
ACTION BY AUSTRALIA AND NEW ZEALAND
United Press Association —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. Received Thursday, 11 p.m. SYDNEY, Sept. 6. Mr. Stewart (Federal Ministor of Commerce) announced to-day that combined action was being taken by the Governments of Australia and New Zealand to combat the competition of subsidised foreign vessels. He expects a New Zealand Minister to visit Australia after the Federal elections.
