The Manchester Guardian's Paris correspondent says that the French Socialists and Communists have concluded a “united pact” to mobilise the entire working population against Fascist, organisations, dissolving the present Chamber, opposing preparations for a new war, and opposing the Fascist terror in Austria and Germany. The campaign will be conducted by a joint meeting, in which each will mutually assist. If there is conflict with the Fascists, common action will bo devoted to specified objects, outside which the parties will maintain their freedom.
