STUDY OF POLITICS AND CITIZENSHIP Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Last Night. The need for young people to address themselves seriously to the study of politics and citizenship was stressed by Dr. R. Campbell Begg, speaking at a meeting to-night of a new organisation —the New Zealand Pioneers—a strong branch of which already exists in Wellington. It is hoped to form similar groups of young men throughout the country, while the formation of a parallel and affiliated body of young women is also contemplated.
