From Our Owu Correspondent. A meeting of the executive was held • at Rongotea on Monday night last Mr. Rex McKelvie presided. The question of arranging a function to provide minia- ■ ture cups was mentioned when the chair- ; man stated that he would be pleased to : donate tho cups. The offer was received ; with applause. It was resolved: That, ; owing to the games being played late In the afternoon, that no club provide tea; that the central committee be authorised to arrange fixtures for the second round; that in the event of it being wet, the : home team to notify the visiting team not later than 1 p.m.; that all games bo : played on Wednesday. Some discussion took place regarding the interchange of A and B players. Tho secretary was instructed to procure a copy of rules from Palmerston North and it was resolved that no B team be allowed to play A team players. Mrs. W.
